    I miss the older generation of jamba juice workers, they were fast efficient and just on it. Lately I've been going to jamba juice and it takes about 30 mins for my drink to be made. Some workers have the time to talk while making their drinks making it slower for them to make the drinks. It's not the same anymore, I don't plan on coming back anytime soon considering how long you have to wait. And how slow these new workers work, something needs to be done with that store otherwise it'll just shut down.

    Probably the most friendliest Jamba I've ever entered... The staff were all so jolly and happy and friendly (not sure if they drank too much juice but I'm not complaining!) Been here a couple of times and never a bad service. Quick, prompt, friendly. Good recipe for a good brand!

    I personally didn't order anything, but my fiancé did. The quality of the drink (the guava one) was up to par, but honestly, their customer service was really lacking. I don't know if they were just stressed or understaffed that day, but the girl who took our order was really short tempered. I get it, when things get hectic and busy, it's easy to get stressed. But that doesn't mean they should take it out on the customers. It also took quite a while for them to finish making his drink. Hopefully it was just the one time that we went that this happened and that they're normally not like this.

    Downgraded my rating. The quality of their products are still good. But they don't carry my favorite anymore. Looks like they changed their menu items. I haven't frequented this establishment in years. My most recent outing the establishment forgot to take down signage that promoted a special. I ordered the item based on the signage. When I got my receipt I realized the discrepancy. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she called a manager. I was told the special was over and it's now regular price. I told her sign says otherwise. She asked if I still wanted them. I said if it's regular price then no. I worked retail before and when the mistake was made by the retailer just like in this case. The retailer honors the signage. This manager didn't think this way. I decided not to go Jamba Juice anymore. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

    Tons of people waiting, ( i count 12) 3 team members moving at record low speeds. No urgency at all observed. I literally have been in here 20 min waiting for the order on top of the 5 min wait in line. Still haven't received drinks.one guys recognized a friend and has now stopped working to chat? Wth?!

So take advantage of the opportunity while it's still available. Try a different Jamba Juice a day!! They really have a great menu added a lot to their pastry collection. I also tried the flat breads that is really good.

    I'm not sure what the hype is about Jamba Juice. My friends seem to enjoy these things, but when I've tried it, seems as if something is always missing. I guess these are supposed to be healthier? Personal preference leaning toward bubble tea! The service was okay; this place gets pretty busy at times. The gals behind the counter seemed to be working quickly and in unison, but the 3 stars are for the taste of the product. Kind of expensive too! Not like the old slush floats you could get at the local drive ins!
